Adye Ricker Amale believes that every young girl deserves hope, opportunity, and a safe future. In his community lives Acul Angella Mary, a 16-year-old girl whose life suddenly changed when she was forced to drop out of school. Domestic violence at home and serious financial challenges made it impossible for her to continue her education.

Without school and proper support, Angella’s future became uncertain. Like many girls in similar situations, she faced the risk of sexual abuse, early marriage, and teenage pregnancy. For a young girl with dreams, these challenges could easily close the door to a better life.

Despite the hardships she faced, Angella did not lose hope. She showed great determination and interest in learning hairdressing as a skill. A kind well-wisher in the community noticed her passion and offered to teach her. With dedication and hard work, Angella learned the basics of hairdressing and proved that she was capable of building a new path for herself.

Seeing her effort and determination inspired Adye Ricker Amale to take action. Through his project, “Securing a Future for Angella,” he hopes to support her by providing the necessary equipment to start a small salon business. With tools such as hair dryers, combs, styling equipment, and basic salon materials, Angella can turn her skill into a source of income.

This opportunity would allow her to earn a living, regain independence, and rebuild her confidence. More importantly, it would protect her from the dangers many vulnerable girls face.

Adye believes that sometimes changing one life can inspire an entire community. By supporting Angella, he hopes to give her not only a livelihood, but also a future filled with dignity and hope.
