earning her the title of Miss Congeniality. She gets along with everyone, listens well, treats others with kindness and respect, and always knows how to make people feel comfortable and appreciated. As 1st Runner Up for Miss St Julian High School Gayaza, she also combines this wonderful personality with grace, intelligence, and style. Ciara is a balanced student—performing well academically, participating actively in school life, and leading by example with her good character. She is helpful, cooperative, and always ready to support school activities and her fellow students. Ciara represents the heart and soul of the school community, showing that kindness and friendliness are beautiful qualities that make a true leader and role model.

Ciara qualified to represent St Julian at the Interschool Miss Uganda Competition in January 2027.
