About this Campaign
Queen Kayaga Jazmine Jade is committed to supporting children whose education has been interrupted by difficult family circumstances. Her project focuses on helping Nabitaka Noeline, a 15-year-old girl who lives in Nalukolongo with her physically disabled brothers.
Noeline’s story began at Mapera Providence Home in Nateete, where she once lived with her older brother. As time passed, her brother left the provisional home to try to earn a living on his own. Because of his physical disability, he can only use the upper part of his body to work. He earns a small income as a cobbler, repairing shoes to support himself and the family.
When her brother moved out, Noeline was sent from the home to help take care of him and their younger disabled brother. Because of these responsibilities and the family’s financial struggles, she had to stop going to school.
Despite these challenges, Noeline has not lost her dream of continuing her education. In 2026, she hopes to return to school as a Primary Six pupil at Balikuddembe Ttoti Nursery and Primary School in Nateete. Her family is willing to provide basic school requirements such as books and uniform, but they cannot afford the school fees needed for her to enroll.
Queen Kayaga Jazmine Jade hopes to support Noeline by helping raise funds for her school fees so that she can return to class and continue learning. She believes that every child deserves the opportunity to study and build a better future.
By giving Noeline the chance to go back to school, Jazmine hopes to restore hope in her life and remind others that education can change even the most difficult situations.
